Monika Minarcin, Industry Manager, Automotive and Semiconductor, Omron Corporation


Monika A. Minarcin is a Business Development and Technology Strategist who has worked with several Fortune 500, start-up and Think Tank institutions. She is currently employed by Omron Industrial Automation, a division of Omron Corporation as the Industry Manager for Automotive and Semiconductor for the Americas. Prior to this role, Monika spent over 12 years in the automotive industry at various OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers leading tactical/strategic initiatives, new technology analysis, alternative propulsion and energy storage architecture development, as well as data analytics.  Monika has over 16 years of business intelligence, strategy, electrical/controls engineering, project management, data analytics, new technology deployment, and product development expertise. Monika has been awarded several patents.

Monika has an Honors Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She has also completed post graduate studies at McMaster University, University of Illinois-Champagne, Ohio State University and Harvard Business School.
