Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in the defense manufacturing industry handling operations, program management, business development, government contracting, administration, and finance, Gary was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in October 2019. He is responsible for the leadership and success of NCDMM’s strategic, operational, business development and financial goals and objectives.
Gary joined NCDMM in 2004 and in 2006 was appointed to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, focusing on corporate strategy and NCDMM objectives while providing leadership for core business practices. In 2007, Gary was promoted to the Director of Operations and then, Chief Operating Officer.
In 2012, NCDMM was awarded the America Makes program. America Makes is the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute. Gary was appointed the Director of Technology for the program and was responsible for developing the membership agreement and intellectual property agreement.
Gary holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration, as well as a master’s certification in Government Contracting from George Washington University.
